Customer is being advised and expected to check the specifications and all details before placing of order and making of payment .Any doubt or information required can be cleared by contacting our customer care details given in the contact page .

Once an order is confirmed and payment is being made ,CGOLD will not provide any refund unless the product is not dispatched within the time frame given .

Customer need to make video of unboxing the product and in case product is reached safely ,for any issue later on ,only service policy will be applicable .3

In no case return of any product will be taken after the confirmation of the order and receipt of payment .
