Unboxing Policy Of Led TVs:

Instructions: Please do not open the box until the its ensured that brand seal if intact on the product .

• In case the company service engineer need to visit for the Installation of your TV please don’t open the box at your end first until his visit , Engineer will install the LED TV either on wall mount or on table top depending on Customer Demand.
• Customer need to make a unboxing video from start of the product and till showing the TV is plugged into the AC socket and turned on ( before installation process start ) to ensure that the product is not physically damaged .
• Physically check Product & all parts, including power supply and USB ports, & Other accessories which are mention as perc Model specification:
• Live Demo with complete features and settings.

Note : In case product is delivered Physical damaged and video is being forward to CGOLD contact/support detail ,a return pickup will be generated and one the pickup is being done from the customer premises by the courier partner ,a new replaced product will be dispatched or refund will be issued as per the customer demand .
